Jordance Yingling started her first year as an associate teacher with our Explorers-A class in the lower school at Columbus Academy at the beginning of the 2023-24 school year. She came to Academy after serving as an associate at Outreach Christian Pre-School and has over 10 years of experience working with children. She holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University's College of Social and Behavioral Science and the College of Arts and Sciences. Jordance and her husband Fred have three children: daughters Nadia and Sophia and son Lucca '27, who attends Academy.

"I was born in Bitola, Macedonia. My family immigrated to the United States when I was a 1-year-old. In my eyes, they represent the American Dream and I will be forever grateful for their strength and ambition."
