Program Information
Lower School CASE
Divided into four groups: Explorers-PreK, kindergarten-grade 1, grades 2-3, and grades 4-5. Our focus in Lower School CASE is on play and its role in learning. It begins with a healthy snack and then rotations of outdoor/ indoor free play, computer/ tech time, and themed activities.
Middle School CASE
Meets in the Middle School Library for grades 6-8. Homework is our #1 priority in Middle School CASE. Once homework has been completed, community and creativity become next on the list! Students are provided with a weekly cart full of materials with themes such as robotics, jewelry/keychain making, canvas painting, board games, and more! This group enjoys time at different outdoor locations on campus. Our middle schoolers receive an afternoon snack and a light early-evening snack.

After School Activities (ASA) Information & Registration
Program Information
After School Activities (ASA) are also offered during CASE with several different programs available. Each activity runs from 3:30-4:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted, with a new schedule of programs made available each season (fall, winter, spring). ASA registration and payment through our registration system (CampBrain) is required for enrollment in ASA programs. Classes must reach the minimum number for enrollment or will be canceled and fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the start date.
Why do we offer ASA programing?
This program is more than just offering activities for students after school. It’s about giving children the opportunity to explore their interests, discover what they are passionate about, and learn more about themselves in a safe and nurturing environment with people they can trust. We want to offer classes that can meet children where they are now in their knowledge/interest base, and then expand upon that by showing them different perspectives, through new and creative ways of looking at what they are learning. We want to help build children up and meet their needs as a whole person.
