Biography

Tom DeVore began teaching at Columbus Academy in 2012 and currently teaches science in the upper school along with serving as coach of the robotics team. Prior to Academy, Tom spent time teaching science at Thomas Worthington High School and Olentangy High School. Before getting into teaching, Tom worked as senior director of engineering for Metatec Corporation. He holds multiple degrees from The Ohio State University including a B.A., M.S., M.B.A. and M.Ed. Tom and his wife, Lori, have three children: Nick, Eric '19 and Julia '22.
