Rental Request Form

Inquiring parties wanting to rent a facility or space on our campus should click on the button above and complete our Rental Request Form. Each rental requests is reviewed by our rental committee and the inquiring party is informed of either an approval or denial of its request within two weeks of submission.

General Rental Guidelines

Participants involved with rented spaces are not permitted on premises until the start time stated in the their contract. 

For gymnasium rentals: No furniture or equipment is allowed on gymnasium floors without a protective cover and prior approval. Scoreboard and/or PA system use requires a designated trained operator at an additional fee.

For field rentals: Natural grass and turf field rentals (Hondros Field, Carlin Fields Turf, Stahl Field or any grass field areas) are subject to strict assessment. Use of all fields on inclement weather days is at the sole discretion of the site manager on duty. 

*If stadium lights or other equipment are needed at the rental space, an additional hourly fee will be added.

Personel for Rentals

Required personnel on duty for rentals includes:

  • Custodian
  • Manager on Duty
  • Security Officer

*Additional personnel may be required/available, to be determined in final contract based on event needs. Facility rental fees do not include the cost of required personnel as mandated by Columbus Academy. All requests are reviewed by the rental committee for risk evaluation and Columbus Academy reserves the right to deny requests if risk evaluation proves too great.

Pricing

Non-affiliated parties seeking rental a facility or space on campus include events where the majority of participants are not affiliated with Columbus Academy. These events must show proof of insurance with Columbus Academy named as additional insured for a $1 million dollar policy. The deposit will be 50% up to $500. If the event is $500 more, the deposit will be 25% of the total but no less than $250.
