Shelby Reichle began working at Columbus Academy as the strength and conditioning coach on June 1, 2020. She is an athletic conditioning specialist with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Sports Med and Sports Performance and will be working with all of our fall, winter and spring athletic programs to help guide each team’s physical fitness and endurance. She joins Academy after four years as the head strength coach at Grove City Christian School, and joined the team at Ohio State as an athletic conditioning specialist two years ago after spending three years as owner of her own fitness business. Shelby has a B.S. in sport and leisure studies from Ohio State and a M.S. in allied health, specializing in exercise and health science, from Otterbein University. She also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Shelby and her husband, Kyle, have a goldendoodle named Bodhi.
