Columbus Academy welcomed Michael Haddock as its new Director of Alumni Relations in mid-February.
Haddock previously served as Senior Associate of Engagement and Alumni Relations at the Knowlton School of Architecture at Ohio State University, where he was the point of contact for all annual giving and scholarship raising, stewardship, event coordination, volunteer recruitment and overall alumni engagement strategies.
Prior to that, Haddock was Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement for OSU’s College of Optometry, a role for which he was named by the school’s alumni association as 2018 Alumni Relations Officer of the Year.
Haddock holds two degrees from Ohio State – a bachelor’s in Strategic Communications and a master’s in Public Policy and Management – and chairs the monthly education programs committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Central Ohio Chapter.
