Michelle Saling has served as assistant to the head of lower school at Columbus Academy since 1997. Prior to joining the Academy community, Michelle worked in retail management in the auto service industry at Sears, Auto Source and Pep Boys, starting as a dispatcher before quickly moving into management and supervisory roles. She has a B.S. from The Ohio State University. Michelle and her husband Dayton have a son, Matthew ’18.

“I love the friendliness and community feel at CA. Someone is always available and willing to help no matter how busy they might be. I also love watching the our young 3-, 4- and 5-year old’s grow and mature into young adults.”

“My wedding reception was one of the first events in the "new" dining hall in October of 1992.”
