The third installment of our Continuing the Quest series featured Avishar Barua '05, Executive Chef and General Manager of Service Bar and one of 15 world-class chefs on "Top Chef" Season 18 in Portland. Avishar conducted a virtual cooking demonstration of Murgir Jhol (Bengali Homestyle Chicken Curry), following a Q&A with Upper School faculty member Pat Hogan discussing his time at Columbus Academy and his fascinating career path after graduation.
